A family-owned bakery called La Patisserie located in Winchester MA developed 1-800-Bakery.com in 1997. La Patisserie has been owned and operated by the Pazyra family for the past twenty years.
The decision to create 1-800-Bakery.com emerged from a customer demand for easier access to high quality bakery products. Stephen Pazyra decided to put together all the best bakeries with his bakery on one site. The web site continues to expand and adds more products from different Bakeries to make it "The Ultimate Bakery Site"
