Red Velvet Cake

My son lives in New Jersey and I live in West Virginia. Sadly, it was not possible for his Dad and I to be with him to celebrate his 31st birthday. Thankfully, I have found a fantastic bakery who makes the most wonderful red velvet cake (his favorite birthday cake since childhood)! Not only was the cake rich and moist with wonderful cream cheese icing (according to my son), but it was delivered, as ordered, on his birthday despite an ice storm. The product is wonderful and the customer service is amazing! That is why for two years in a row, I have placed this "special" order with you! Thank you Chef Steve!
