This was my dad\'s last birthday--he has terminal cancer. I wanted to make this birthday extra special even though I couldn\'t be there, so I sent him a Chocolate Shadow Cake. He loved getting a cake in the mail. Everyone was delighted with the cake and amazed it arrived in perfect condition.
