Food items are not returnable. If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly filled immediately notify us within 5 days of delivery so that we may rectify the situation. For damage please, have available the exterior packaging for inspection by our carrier so we may process your claim.

That is why we ship your order to arrive in 2 -3 business days after leaving our bakery. To further insure quality and safe transit, our standard shipping schedule is Monday thru Wednesday. For urgent requests, we offer Next Day air and Saturday Delivery. Some products are shipped Next Day Air automatically due to their delicate nature and are marked as so on their description pages.

When ordering, carefully review delivery information making certain that the address is complete and includes apartment and suite numbers. Our carrier will not deliver to P.O., A.P.O., F.P.O., or A.F.B.
