Strawberry Cheesecake

There's only one way to make our cheesecakes taste even better - add fruit!  We've topped off our plain New York cheesecake with a generous helping of strawberry preserves for a taste that's to die for.  Each slice is packed with loads of creamy filling, graham crust and sweet strawberries.

This creamy and rich cheesecake is 10" in diameter and weighs approximately 4 lbs.  It serves 14 people, so it is perfect for a dinner party dessert or sending to an office.  There is plenty to share!
