We use the finest ingredients in our cookies, which are a shortbread base with a delightful crunch. We never use edible paper. Edible paper has a taste and texture we don't appreciate. Instead we pioneered our own printing process, so that every cookie tastes as delicious as it looks, with the design right on the cookie or icing itself.
