Unlike other bakeries, we never use edible paper. We feel it leaves an unwelcome taste and texture, when really you want the freshness of the perfectly balanced ingredients to shine through. Edible paper can also peel in certain conditions, which can ruin a whole order. We developed a proprietary printing process that allows us complete control over the design. With rich, sharp colors and lines, your image looks great and tastes delicious, too!
