We never use edible paper in any of our custom cakes or cookies. Edible paper leaves a taste behind as well as a filmy texture, and can peel under some circumstances. As one of the first bakeries online to offer custom printed cookies, we developed our own process where we can print directly onto the cookie or icing with edible food grade ink. The design is rich and sharp, but leave the cookie tasting great!
