Did you know? There are many different kinds of petit fours. The ones on our site are the Glacé kind - glazed. These type of petit fours are iced or covered with rolled fondant, then hand-decorated. 


There are also Sec petit fours (dry) - not iced, like puff pastries, and Salé (salted), which are like the appetizers you'd see on a tray at a cocktail party - little savory treats.
